- • Get in a calorie surplus – Increase carb, protein, and fat intake
- • Lift heavy weights
- • Use 8 to 10 reps
MESOMORPH
EASY GAINER + EASY FAT BURN
- • Fast Gainer, Builds muscle and loses fat easily
- • Semi-Fast metabolism
- • Builds muscle quickly compared to an ectomorph
- • Loses fat more quickly compared to an endomorph
- • Weighs more than an ectomorph because they have more muscle

- • Be consistent with food, weight training and cardio.

TIPS TO BUILD LEAN MUSCLE:
- • Get in a calorie deficit
- • Be consistent – Especially with food! Avoid sugar and too much fruit. The best foods for Endo’s are vegetables and plant-based proteins made into smoothies (watch the fruit!).
- To Burn Fat: This type does best with cardio and very light weights + lots of reps. (30 max)
- Building too much muscle? Drop your weight down and boost rep count to make your weight training workouts more cardiovascular.
